Industrial proceedings may be withdrawn and transferred between tribunals, including to National Industrial Tribunals, by government.

Section 92 empowers the appropriate Government to withdraw and transfer proceedings between tribunals by written order stating reasons, permitting the transferee tribunal to proceed de novo or from the stage of transfer; the Central Government may similarly transfer matters to a National Industrial Tribunal and may notify State tribunals to entertain cases where the Central Government is the appropriate Government.
