Trade union disputes over registration, administration, membership or elections must be brought to the tribunal at the union's registered office.

Adjudication is provided for disputes between trade unions, between a trade union and its members, or applicants refused membership concerning registration, administration, management or election of office-bearers, including disputes involving federations or authorised office-bearers; applications must be made in the prescribed manner to the Tribunal having jurisdiction where the registered office of the trade union(s) is located, and no civil court other than the Tribunal may entertain suits or proceedings in relation to such disputes.
