Inspection by third parties: authority can appoint inspectors with identical powers and recover inspection expenses from intermediaries.

The Authority may appoint any person to inspect the books, accounts, records, documents, infrastructure, systems, procedures or affairs of a capital market intermediary; that person has the same powers as an inspecting authority, intermediaries and their employees have the same obligations toward that person, and the Authority may recover inspection expenses, including fees paid to the appointee, from the intermediary.
