Tribunal cause list management on non-sitting days provides for fresh listings and adjournment of affected cases.

Where the Appellate Tribunal does not sit for the day because of a holiday or any other unforeseen reason, a new daily cause list is to be prepared for the matters listed for that day. Where a particular Bench cannot sit because a Member is unable to attend, the Registrar is to adjourn the matters posted before that Bench to a convenient date, unless otherwise directed.
