The Registrar is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Appellate Tribunal and for notifying the procedure for filing appeals. The Registrar also handles registration and scrutiny of appeals, petitions and applications, together with amendment requests, summons or notice-related applications, substituted service, admission and inspection of documents, and maintenance of records and the registry. The Registrar may also deal with incidental matters as directed by the President from time to time.
