Restriction on transferability of government securities preserved by amendment clarifying section five subsection four wording.

Amendment inserts clarifying language into section 5(4) of the Government Securities Act, 2006 so that nothing in that provision shall be construed to affect any restriction on transferability of Government securities contained in any notification issued under clause (f) of section 2; the insertion follows the words "upon the Bank,".
