Right of payer for honour: payer acquires holder's rights and may recover sums paid with interest and expenses.

A person who pays a bill for another's honour is entitled to all rights of the holder at the time of payment and may recover from the party for whose honour payment was made all sums so paid, with interest thereon and with all expenses properly incurred in making such payment.
