Presumption as to electronic signature certificates: accepted certificates are presumed correct unless unverified subscriber data is disproved.

Where an Electronic Signature Certificate has been accepted by the subscriber, the Court shall presume that the information listed in the certificate is correct, except for subscriber information that has not been verified; that exception remains open to contrary proof.
