Return of commission: depositions must be returned, open to inspection, and admissible as part of the record.

A duly executed commission must be returned with the witness's deposition to the issuing Court or Magistrate; the commission, the return, and the deposition are open to party inspection, may be read in evidence by either party and form part of the record. A deposition so taken may also be received in evidence at a subsequent stage before another Court if it satisfies the statutory conditions of admissibility.
