Amendment updates the cross references in Section 53A(1)(a) by substituting the earlier citation to sub sections (2) and (6) of section 26 with a reference to sub section (6) of section 6 and sub sections (2), (2A), (6) and (9) of section 26; the amendment commences on the tenth day of September, 2024 by notification.
