Protection from suit: good faith actions under the Act are immune from civil or criminal proceedings against public actors.

Section 25 provides that no suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Central Government, the Authority, or its Members, officers or other employees for anything done, or intended to be done, in good faith under the Act, thereby creating a bar on legal actions arising from authorized regulatory or administrative conduct under the statute.
