Appendix 5F lists capital goods categorized as not permitted, permitted, or permitted subject to conditions under the EPCG Scheme, specifying sectoral and end use restrictions: items like tractors, passenger vehicles, second hand goods, computers, construction materials and power generation capital goods are disallowed; cables, mining vehicles, construction equipment for services, hotel fittings and certain PUF panels are allowed only when used as specified for export linked units.
