Right to appeal from tribunal orders requires timely filing and may be condoned for sufficient cause.

Right of appeal is available to any person aggrieved by a Tribunal order, subject to a statutory limitation period and prescribed form and fee requirements. No appeal lies from orders made with parties' consent. The Appellate Tribunal may condone delay for sufficient cause within a further curtailed period, must give parties a reasonable opportunity of hearing, and may confirm, modify or set aside the order. The Appellate Tribunal shall send a copy of every order to the Tribunal and to the parties.
