Vesting of property: all movable and immovable assets, including actionable claims, pass to the company on registration.

Upon registration under the Act, all property-movable and immovable, including actionable claims-belonging to or vested in the company at the date of registration passes to and vests in the company as incorporated for all the estate and interest of the company therein.
