Tribunal power to stay winding up to permit company rehabilitation when accompanied by a rehabilitation scheme and security.

Section 289, now omitted, formerly empowered the Tribunal to stay winding up proceedings to enable company revival where an application accompanied a rehabilitation scheme; the Tribunal could impose terms including security for costs, required compliance with Chapter XIX for sanctioning schemes, permitted Company Liquidator applications and reports, and mandated forwarding of orders to the Registrar for endorsement.
