Finality of orders: consumer commission decisions remain final where no appeal is filed under the Act.

Every order of a District Commission, State Commission, or National Commission under the Consumer Protection Act becomes final if no appeal has been preferred against that order under the Act; the initiation of an appeal is the operative condition for disturbing such orders.
