The Company Liquidator must give not less than seven clear days' notice of the examination: advertise to creditors and contributories in Form WIN 65 as the Tribunal directs, and serve the examinee in the same period personally or by registered or speed post with Form WIN 66 stating the date, hour, officer and a copy of the order directing the examination; adjournments need not be advertised or re-served unless the Tribunal orders.
