Service of summons for winding-up examinations must be given seven days before and include a reasonable expense payment.

Service of summons for examination must be in the prescribed form and served according to the prescribed mode not less than seven days before the examination; when served in person a reasonable expense sum fixed by the Tribunal or Registry must be paid or tendered, with regard to the Tribunal's scale of fees, and when served by registered post the sum must be sent by postal money order.
