Provisional list of contributories: Liquidator must file detailed contributories list identifying members, share interests and paid amounts.

Rule 28 requires the Company Liquidator to prepare and file a provisional list of contributories identifying every member or representative, attributing to each the number of shares or extent of interest, the amount called up and the amount paid, distinguishing classes of contributories and dividing the list into those contributories in their own right and those as representatives or liable for others, to be presented in the prescribed form.
