A creditor dissatisfied with a liquidator's decision may appeal to the Tribunal within twenty-one days of service of the notice, by filing Form WIN 49 supported by an affidavit stating the grounds and giving notice to the Company Liquidator; the Tribunal exercises the appellate powers available under the Code of Civil Procedure to hear the appeal.
