Winding up orders must be sent to the liquidator within seven days, served on the company, and filed.

An order for winding up must be in Form WIN 11 and, once signed and sealed, the Registrar shall send it within seven days to the Company Liquidator and the Registrar of Companies in Form WIN 12 and Form WIN 13; the copy to the liquidator must include the petition and affidavit if not already sent. The Company Liquidator must serve a sealed copy on the company at its registered office or last known principal place of business or as the Tribunal directs, and must file a copy with the Registrar of Companies within thirty days in form INC-28.
