Warrant of arrest for a contributory may be issued without further notice if examination notice was duly served and Tribunal is satisfied.

The Tribunal may issue, without further notice, a warrant in the prescribed form for the arrest of a contributory when satisfied under the examination provisions and where notice of the examination date and hour was duly served; each warrant remains in force until executed or cancelled by the issuing Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal.
