The Company Liquidator must examine every proof of debt and its grounds as soon as possible, and within thirty days unless the Tribunal extends time. The liquidator may call for documentary proof or require further evidence or creditor attendance; if so, the liquidator shall fix a date and time and send notice in Form WIN 46 by pre paid registered post or speed post to reach the creditor not later than seven days before the date fixed.
