The amendment expressly adds the National Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling into the statutory definition of advance ruling and inserts a new clause defining the National Appellate Authority, while also extending cross references to the related appellate provision so that advance ruling and appeal mechanisms explicitly encompass the National Appellate Authority.
