Registration procedure for portfolio managers: certificate issued after meeting eligibility and payment of prescribed fees.

The Board must be satisfied that an applicant meets regulation 6, intimate the applicant, and upon receipt of the prescribed registration fees under Schedule II, clause (1A), grant a certificate in Form B; portfolio managers registered before the 2016 amendment are deemed to have been granted registration under this procedure.
