ESG rating provider registration requires Form A, payment of a non refundable fee, and selection of Category I or II.

Any person intending to undertake business as an ESG rating provider must apply to the Board for grant of a certificate using Form A of the Fifth Schedule, accompanied by a non refundable application fee paid in the manner specified in the Sixth Schedule; the application must state whether registration is sought in Category I or Category II.
