Participant registration requires application through the depository with prescribed form, fee and certification of eligibility.

Application for a certificate of registration must be made in Form F through the depository, accompanied by the fee specified in the Second Schedule and paid as prescribed; the depository must forward the application to the Board promptly and certify that the applicant meets the eligibility criteria, including adequate infrastructure, under the regulations and the depository bye laws.
