Application completeness requirement: incomplete registration applications may be rejected, with a written opportunity to cure and possible extension.

Incomplete or nonconforming Form A applications for depository registration may be rejected, but the Board must first give the applicant written opportunity to remove the objections within the prescribed time from communication; the Board may extend that period if it considers further time necessary to enable removal of the objections.
