The nomination and remuneration committee of the manager is responsible for administration and superintendence of the unit based employee benefit scheme, must formulate detailed terms and conditions as specified in Part B of Schedule X, and must frame policies and procedures to ensure compliance with securities laws by the manager, its directors, key managerial personnel, sponsor, recipients of units, employee benefit trust and trustee, including measures addressing insider trading and fraudulent or unfair trade practices.
