Furnishing of information may be required for approval of designated depository participants; personal representation may be mandated.

Regulation 13 empowers the Board to require an applicant for approval as a designated depository participant or the depository of which the applicant is a participant to furnish further information or clarification as necessary, and to require the applicant or the applicant's authorized representative to appear for personal representation in connection with the grant of approval.
