Access and production obligations: inspecting authority entitled to documents, premises access and cooperation during banker inspections.

Bankers to an issue and their directors, officers and employees must produce books, accounts and other documents and furnish statements as required by the Reserve Bank; the banker must grant the inspecting authority reasonable access to premises and persons, facilitate examination of books, records and computer data, provide copies of relevant materials, and permit examination or recording of statements of officers and staff while giving reasonable assistance and cooperation during inspection.
