Medical treatment entitlement for tribunal members follows contributory health rules or central services medical attendance facilities.

A Presiding Officer or Member of the Securities Appellate Tribunal is entitled to medical treatment and hospital facilities under the Contributory Health Services Rules where those apply, and where the Central Health Services Scheme is not in operation the entitlement is to facilities provided under the Central Services Medical Attendance Rules.
