Leave Travel Concession available to presiding officer and members on parity with judicial and Group A pay scales.

The Presiding Officer of the Securities Appellate Tribunal is entitled to Leave Travel Concession at the same rates and scale as a Judge of the Supreme Court or High Court in the State where the Tribunal is located; Members are entitled to Leave Travel Concession at the same rates and scale as applicable to Group A officers of the Central or State Government drawing equivalent pay.
