Furnishing of information and documents: central government can require parties supply requested materials before appeal is considered.

The Central Government may, before considering an appeal under the Depositories (Appeal to the Central Government) Rules, require the appellant or the Board or both to furnish such further information and documents as it considers necessary, and parties must supply those information and documents within the time period stated in the order, establishing a mandatory pre-appeal disclosure obligation.
