Verification of claims requires resolution professionals to verify proofs, maintain creditor lists, and publish them for inspection.

Regulation 13 requires the interim or resolution professional to verify every proof of claim as on the fast track commencement date within seven days from the last date for receipt of claims, and to maintain and update a list of creditors recording names, claimed and admitted amounts and any security interest; that list must be available for inspection by claimants and specified stakeholders, displayed on the corporate debtor's website if any, filed with the Adjudicating Authority, and presented at the first committee meeting.
