Interim orders for prima facie regulatory violations permit temporary directions by the disciplinary committee, lapsing after ninety days.

If material on record shows a prima facie breach of the Code warranting immediate action under sub section (2) of section 220, the Board shall refer the matter to the Disciplinary Committee, which may pass an interim order with appropriate directions. Any interim order issued under this power shall lapse on expiry of ninety days from the date of the order.
