Appendix 4P excludes specified imports from Public Notice No. 64, namely cashew in any form, all restricted or prohibited items under the Foreign Trade Policy, items covered by FTP para 4.11, and items subject to pre import conditions under Appendix 4J; the Appendix was inserted into the FTP framework by a later public notice.
