Interest on appeal refund applies where admission fee is later refunded; interest accrues from payment until refund.

Where an amount paid by an appellant for admission of an appeal is required to be refunded following an order of the Appellate Authority or the Appellate Tribunal, interest at the prescribed statutory rate is payable on such refund from the date of payment until the date of refund.
