State President powers over Appellate Tribunal administration can be delegated, but delegated authority remains under strict supervision.

Section 114 vests in the State President the financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal as may be prescribed and permits delegation of those powers to another Member or officer, provided that any delegated powers are exercised under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
