Financial and administrative powers in the State President may be delegated but remain under the President's supervision.

The statute vests financial and administrative powers in the State President over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and permits delegation of such powers to another Member or officer, provided that any delegate, while exercising delegated powers, continues to act under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
