Non-appealable tax orders bar appeals against officer decisions on transfers, seizures, prosecution sanctions and certain specified orders.

Non-appealable decisions and orders preclude appeals against State tax officer orders relating to transfer of proceedings between officers, seizure or retention of books of account, registers and other documents, orders sanctioning prosecution under the Act, and other orders of the specified statutory class, with this bar operating notwithstanding any contrary provision in the Act.
