Financial and administrative powers of State President may be delegated to members or officers, subject to continued direction and supervision.

Financial and administrative authority vests in the State President over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal; the State President may delegate any portion of those financial and administrative powers to another Member or to an officer of the State Bench or Area Benches, provided such delegated powers are exercised under the continuing direction, control and supervision of the State President.
