Financial and administrative powers of the State President over appellate benches may be delegated subject to direction, control and supervision.

The State President holds financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal as prescribed, and may delegate such powers to any Member or officer of those benches, provided that the delegate, when exercising delegated powers, continues to act under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
