Admissibility of electronic and reproduced documents permits microfilm, facsimile and computer printouts as evidence without originals.

Section 145 treats microfilm reproductions, facsimile copies, computer-produced printouts and electronically stored information (and hard copies thereof) as documents admissible without production of the original, and permits a certificate identifying the document and describing its production, including device particulars proving computer production, to be evidence of the matters stated therein, stated to the best of the certifier's knowledge and belief.
