Delegation of financial and administrative powers allows the State President to assign authority over tribunal benches while retaining supervision.

Section 114 vests the State President with financial and administrative authority over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and allows delegation of those powers to another Member or officer, provided the delegatee continues to act under the direction, control and supervision of the State President when exercising the delegated powers.
