Sums due notwithstanding appeal remain payable under appellate or high court orders, requiring compliance with the order.

Sums due to the Government as a consequence of an order by the National or Regional Benches or State or Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal, or by the High Court under its revision jurisdiction, shall remain payable in accordance with the terms of that order notwithstanding that an appeal has been preferred to a higher court.
