Financial and administrative powers of State President permit delegated administration under ongoing supervisory control.

Financial and administrative authority vests in the State President over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal, with power to delegate any of those financial and administrative powers to another Member or to an officer of the State Bench or Area Benches, provided that delegated powers are exercised under the continuing direction, control and supervision of the State President and subject to prescribed conditions.
