Instalment payment of tax permitted subject to interest and conditions, with default accelerating full recovery without further notice.

The Commissioner may, for recorded reasons and on application, permit payment of amounts due under the Act by monthly instalments not exceeding twenty four, excluding amounts self assessed in returns, subject to interest and prescribed conditions; default of any one instalment accelerates the whole outstanding balance to immediate recovery without further notice.
