Interest on refund payable at prescribed rate from date of payment until refund where appellate order directs repayment.

Where an amount paid by an appellant for admission of an appeal is required to be refunded consequent to an order of the Appellate Authority or the Appellate Tribunal, interest at the prescribed refund rate is payable from the date of payment until the date of refund.
