Final appellate remedy available against tribunal or certified higher judgments, subject to certification and civil procedure rules.

An appeal to the Supreme Court lies from Appellate Tribunal orders and from higher-court judgments certified as fit for appeal; certification may be made on the court's own motion or by application immediately after judgment. Appeals are governed, as far as practicable, by the Code of Civil Procedure provisions for appeals to the Supreme Court. Where a higher-court judgment is varied or reversed, effect must be given to the Supreme Court's order in the prescribed manner.
